I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals can heal, grow, and navigate life’s transitions with confidence. As a professional counselor, I am committed to offering compassionate, understanding support in every session. My work focuses on co-occurring disorders, using a person-centered approach tailored to each individual’s unique needs.
I work with teens, college students, adults, as well as veterans and first responders, supporting those facing substance use and mental health challenges. With experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings, I have worked with diverse populations and a wide range of concerns.
My areas of focus include substance use, trauma, mood disorders, grief, LGBTQ+ concerns, and relationship issues. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness techniques to support meaningful, lasting change.
